Fitting Rooflights or dormers

Rooflights are known as the most straight forward method of getting natural light into a roof space as they follow the pitch line of the roof – dormers however, not only give natural light but, can also add to the space of a loft conversion. They can be incorporated either at the end or side of your roof and are particularly effective where the pitch angle is high.

Being fully insulated in one of two main ways

The ‘Cold Roof’ method, involves filling the space between the rafters with insulation. The ‘warm roof’ method, involves using insulation over the rafters.

Bespoke staircase

Regulations specify that the maximum number of steps in a straight line is 16, this is not normally a problem at all – all staircases are made to fit and suit.
