Gaywood Primary School – Kings Lynn
The existing degraded felt roof had been patched several times and had past the end of its serviceable life. Proctor Roofing were successful in tendering for the re-roofing project and a full BUR single layer hot air welded felt membrane roof was installed including removal of redundant roof lights and replacement with new triple skin polycarbonate. Where possible the roof was redesigned to remove the existing problematic internal rain water outlets and install a conventional fascia fitted rain water guttering system to aid the disbursement of water.
